We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time you use the Website.

This Website and its contents including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text is our intellectual property. We do not give permission for you to exploit commercially website’s content. But you may download information from the website for your own personal use.

Price

Current price is £594.00 including 20% VAT and free delivery within England and Wales, other destinations are negotiable.

You can pay directly on our bank account by cheque or cash.

We may change the advertised price of a Product at any time.

All products are subject to availability. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract for purchase of the Product is formed when we send you a confirmation of our acceptance by email. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the Product is not in stock or if we can not authorize your payment. 

You can Hire FreeSpine from £20.00 only per week!

- Minimum 4 weeks hire - for £30.00 per week, plus £60.00 for delivery, installation, demonstration and collection on hires.

- For 8 weeks hire - £25.00 per week, paid in two installments: payment for the first 4 weeks - £100.00 plus £60.00 and the second payment - £100.00 before the 5th week.

- Hire for 12 weeks and more - £20.00 per week, paid every four weeks £80.00.

Please note: the hire avalable within Wales and England only.

Rental fee applies 100% to purchase price if you decide to buy the FreeSpine fitness machine.
If you decide to return the Freespine, please let us know in advance, and we will collect it in time suitable for you.

Delivery

Delivery shall only be made by us against cleared funds. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. If we are unable to dispatch the Product within that time we will contact you. We provide standard delivery, assembly, installation and instruction within Wales and England mainland area for £45.00. Delivery price within other destinations will provided upon request. We will contact you to arrange a suitable for you delivery time. Products will be delivered to the ground floor flats. Upstairs deliveries are at the carrier’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Please note that if your item is delivered by a lone driver, you may be required to provide adequate assistance in unloading and moving the item to your doorstep.  

Cancelation and Refunds

Should you wish to return our Product, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange a product. Initial delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a return is made. Returns should be made within 7 working days and in fully re-saleable condition in its original undamaged packaging during business hours, carriage paid. 

The Product is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the Product using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that if we find that the Product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition in the original undamaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the Product, or deduct an obligatory 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. 

We will refund the price of the Product to you or exchange the Product within 20 days once it is received by us.  Any costs to redeliver the product will be payable in advance by the customer.

Returns can be made by contacting one of our friendly customer service team on support@freespine.com, we will be happy to help.

Warranty

There is one year warranty for plastic parts and two years warranty on metal parts and labor.  
We shall at our option repair or resupply the Product free from defect.  You will notify us of any defect as soon as possible after delivery. No third party warranty included. This warranty is valid for addresses in the UK only and is in addition to your statutory rights. You will be required to register your Product in order to benefit from this. You have certain statutory rights. These include that the Product supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

We respect and is committed to your privacy. We will keep any personal information collected from you, such as your name, phone number, address or e-mail, password and payment/card details, strictly confidential and will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We use your personal information only for the purpose of processing your orders and to improve this Website and its services to you. This means that we will not exchange or sell your phone number, address or e-mail address to any outside organization or third party. Please note that we may be obliged to disclose personal information if requested by law enforcement or any other government or regulatory authorities to investigating suspected illegal activities.

We may provide links to other websites from time to time (via advertising or otherwise). These links are provided for your ease of reference and convenience only. We do not control such third party websites and are not responsible for their contents. Our inclusion of links does not imply any endorsement of the material contained in such websites or any association with their operators. You acknowledge that we will not be party to any transaction or contract with a third party that you may enter into and we shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. You agree that you will not involve us in any dispute between you and the third party.
 
Liability

Our liability to you for the Product shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product. We shall not be liable for any loss of use, loss of revenue or loss of profit by you. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for such other reason which cannot be excluded under English law.

Events beyond the control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the Product which is caused by any act or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation strikes and other industrial disputes breakdown of systems or network access flood fire explosion or accident.

Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to the contract between ourselves and you shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the contract.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any claim or matter arising under the terms and conditions.
